"166 and 504 Loan Programs for Small Manufacturers"

The February speaker will be Ms. Dianne Allen, Executive Director of Ohio Statewide Development Corporation. The Ohio Statewide Development Corporation (OSDC) is a private, not-for-profit corporation founded in 1982 to provide financing to Ohio small businesses by acting as an agent or conduit for public financing programs. OSDC is a certified development company licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide low-cost, long-term SBA loans to eligible small businesses in Ohio. Prior to being named OSDC Executive Director in 2000, Dianne administered the Economic Development program under the Community Development Block Grant program and eight years as senior loan officer with Columbus Countywide Development Corporation.

Dianne will be explaining the benefits and opportunities available by utilizing the Ohio 166 regional Loan Program and the US SBA 504 loan source.
