Speaker: Scott Novak of Certified Packing and Training Inc.

We are pleased to extend an invitation for you to join us at the next "Going Global" International Trade Forum. Our topic will be international packing standards, an important issue for anyone shipping overseas, particularly potentially hazardous goods. Our speaker is Scott Novak, Director of Operations for Certified Packing and Training of Cleveland. We begin at 7:30am and will end by 9:00am on Friday, September 10th. We meet at Kent State University Tuscarawas in room 113 of the Science and Advanced Technology Center. The campus is located at 330 University Drive, New Philadelphia, 44663. Coffee and light refreshments will be provided. There is no charge to attend.

Proper packing of export goods can pay for itself by avoiding delays and reducing shipping costs. Scott is a certified HAZMAT instructor who has been involved in international packaging for nearly two decades. For the past seven years he has been a certified hazardous materials trainer. Certified Packing and Training is a full-service packaging company serving the transportation and logistics industries since 1997. They handle general packaging, wood crating, frozen and refrigerated freight, electronics, and hazardous materials shipping via ground, air, and vessel. Their clients have included Freeman Supply, Timken Company, and the Steris Corporation. We hope you will be able to join us on September 10th.
