 "Management Leadership Series" Join us via video-teleconference as TechSolve partners with MTSBDC, Braintree and North Central State for the first of four new FREE Management Leadership Series season with Dianna Booher, communications expert and author of 44 books on communication As every company faces uncertain times, the question has been raised on when bad news should be shared. Dianna will give you guidelines for deciding what, when and how to communicate both highly sensitive messages and routine information within your company. She will give advice on how to improve the clarity of your message and how to gain loyalty from your employees and clients through effective communications. Dianna will also speak about how to communicate with more confidence, providing information on how to think quickly on your feet and how to respond to difficult questions and build rapport with your clients. As well as authoring 44 books on communications, Dianna has worked with clients like Lockheed Martin, Bell Helicopter, Boeing and Siemens to increase their productivity and communication.
