Gretchen Bercaw, International Account Executive The North Central Ohio International Trade Assistance Center The North Central Ohio International Trade Assistance Center, ITAC, provides services to small and medium size businesses that are new to export or want to expand export activity. The service is made possible through a grant awarded to Braintree from the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Ohio Department of Development's Small Business Development Center (SBDC). The ITAC provides export
assistance services at no cost to clients. Fees may be charged for
specialized projects. The ITAC offers services to assist businesses with developing export compliance plans, international trade plans, country trade profiles and document requirements for international shipments. The ITAC can assist with the identification of land, ocean, and air carriers for international logistics activities. ITAC works in partnership with the following agencies:
